Hardy Girls Healthy Women will be a beneficiary of the Wine Flight 5K, an event on October 25th that combines fitness with food and wine.

Meet Paulette Dumais of Enfield, Connecticut.  She’s taking advantage of the new rides-for-seniors program being offered by ITNNorthCentralConnecticut, an affiliate of ITNAmerica.
