Successful pricing (of product, service and/or license) is key to any nonprofit’s revenue-generating strategy. Robert Chambers, Director of non-profit, FannieCLAC and John Vogel of the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College led a lively discussion about the ways in which many non-profits make pricing errors or mistakes by pricing according to cost recovery rather than market.
