2004 (October) Site Visit: Faithworks

Thursday, October 14th a number of our grantees and other guests visited Faithworks in their ever-expanding site at the Bates Mill complex in Lewiston, Maine. Faithworks’ employees demonstrated how “Quality Handwork Matters,” and Director, Paul Rubin, provided detailed information about the efficiencies of their operation and the ways in which increasing opportunities are developed into extremely valuable revenue generation to assure Faithworks’ sustainability. Now, with more than 400 employees, Faithworks is one of the largest employers in the region.
